Energy drinks are definitely given a bad name because of "untested" or "non-FDA approved" ingredients. I'm not sure if the supplements inside are safe or not, but they sure are delicious. I think my favorite is Red Bull. Even though it tastes great, the price for a 8.4 Fl Oz bottle can cost up to $2.50. That's 2.5 times as much as I could get a giant Arnold Palmer or AriZona Iced Tea for. The cost may be worth it, but so far in college, my roommate and I have gotten the big 20 packs because they cost a little less per bottle. Still expensive though.
