Last Blog

Ah, the last blog, how it's been so long since I've had a dream of this day. Blog's have never been too hard to write, it has just been a tedious task to remember everyday. I'm glad it's over, but this was definitely a simple and easy way to boost students grades, especially if you keep up instead of doing everything last minute lie I always do. Anyways, I definitely gained a little from blogging so it was not entirely purposeless. Writing about things that happen in my life and in the world is a lot more fun than writing about Shakespeare. Well, goodbye blog. I won't miss you at all.

Online

Online homework just may be the death of me. I miss homework assignments that were handed out to us during class. With a hard copy of the homework, everyone knows exactly what is due, instead of just guessing how to work the online program. Granted, blogger is pretty simple, but this like Aplia, which i need to use for macro economics, is quite confusing. And I feel like the stuff we do on Aplia relates to nothing we do in class. I don't know, it's just very different than a piece of paper and harder to do.

QT

Quentin Tarentino, known as one of the more crazy directors, has put out some of the greatest movies I have ever seen. Recently, Inglorious Basterd's has jumped into my top list, but it has joined greats like Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction. All these movies are very violent and confusing, and my favorite part is how they never talk about anything in any of his movies; its all just action. This keeps the viewer interested in what is about to happen next. I'm obviously a big fan, but there are some that hate his stuff, I just don't see why you can hate the uniqueness of it.

Counting down

Only four more Blogs to go. The thing on my homepage of blogger said I had 63 posts, so I got really excited and thought I was done after this, but then I looked on my page and it said a different number. Not sure exactly how many I have, but I guess I'll do more just in case. Originally, in this process, I took blogging very seriously and put links in and tried to copy my favorite blogger, Mark Titus, as well as I could. This failed and I gave up on doing it every day because I realized I was getting 0 views, compared to Mark's 1,889,069. Makes me feel like a baby.

Olympic Logo

The 2012 Olympic symbol might be the worst thing I have ever seen. Symbols in this century are usually so crazy and unique and cool that something as big as the Olympics should have hired a company to make it better than what it is now. It really looks like a few scraps of paper left over after a kinder gardener used scissors for the first time. And, there are news reports that it is triggering epilepsy. Not only is it a danger to everyone making fun of it, but also a health risk to people with a disease. This needs to be changed.

Blog Suggestions

To talk about this whole blogging process, I feel like they should be graded differently. If you really wanted people to blog everyday, you should make it graded on a weekly basis. Also, I think students should be forced to read other blogs; even leave comments on their peer's work. This would force people to put more thought and effort into them every night and would work better for everyone. Writing 30 blogs on the last night isn't helping anyone but me catch back up because I know no one will really read this.

Teeth

Retainers are the most frustrating things to wear. They definitely don't work as well as they should. I'm pretty convinced that my teeth would stay right where they are now without them, but I continue to put them in every night to make sure. They hurt my teeth and definitely affect my sleep even more than it should be. When I'm having trouble sleeping, I'll pop them right out and fall fast asleep. I think there should be a new, more comfortable way to keep teeth straight. Maybe I'll invent it someday.
